Eastman Performance Films, LLC (the “Manufacturer”) warrants SunTek paint protection film (hereinafter defined as the “Product(s)”) as set forth herein. This limited warranty is valid only if the Product application was performed by a SunTek dealer or installer (“Dealer”) in the United States or Canada in accordance with Manufacturer’s application procedures and applicable law. In no event whatsoever will Manufacturer be responsible for improper or faulty installation of the Product.
This limited warranty applies only to the Products. The Products are intended and warranted for use only on fully cured OEM (original equipment manufacturer) vehicle painted surfaces. This warranty is automatically void if installed over repainted, aftermarket painted or vinyl surfaces. Vehicle surface repainting is not covered under this warranty. The Manufacturer assumes no liability for damage to Product or vehicle resulting from improper installation or care.
The durability and level of hydrophobic property can be influenced by environmental conditions and other variables beyond Manufacturer’s control (e.g., road treatment chemicals and cleaning substances/frequency) and therefore is not covered under warranty. THE MANUFACTURER ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY DAMAGES OR STAINS CAUSED BY OUTSIDE FORCES.
If any Product specified herein fails to conform to the limited warranty during the warranty period, the purchaser may obtain replacement Product, as well as removal of non-conforming Product and installation of replacement Product, at no charge to the purchaser, at any SunTek Dealer anywhere in the United States or Canada, per the warranty coverage stated herein.
The obligations of the Manufacturer under this warranty are limited to the remedies set forth herein. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Register your warranty or inspection
This warranty outlines the coverage offered in the US and Canada. Warranties in all other countries may have different coverages, durations, and terms.
Warranty Terms
Coverage
Trinity Global Products warrants that with the proper application of X180+ Paint Protection by a Trinity Global Products approved installer, your vehicle’s paint finish will remain protected against:
– Oxidation
– Loss of gloss
– UV Damage
– Acid rain
– Paint chalking
If any treated paint is shown to be adversely affected from exposure to these conditions or through normal use, as evidenced by a visible loss of paint gloss and providing that all of the terms of this warranty have been met, then such conditions will be remedied free of charge by Trinity Global Products, regional distributor and/or its authorized installers, who reserve the right to attempt repairs through professional surface reconditioning/polishing before repainting the damaged area.
Applicable Vehicles and Period of Coverage
Coverage terms up to Lifetime, when annual service requirements are met. (See: Annual Inspection). Failure to undertake an annual service will irreversibly terminate the warranty.
General Conditions
Warranty coverage is only valid if the Approved Applicator has issued a Warranty Card and it has been registered within 30 days of application.
The vehicle must remain registered, for the entire duration of the warranty, for legal non-commercial road use.
Only vehicles registered as passenger vehicles will be warrantied. Commercial vehicles of any kind will not be covered.
Vehicles over 3 months old are required to have a machine polishing carried out by an approved applicator prior to application. Newer vehicles may also require a machine polish if advised by the approved applicator.
In the event of damage/repair to the surface (i.e. accident repair) the vehicle must be taken to an approved applicator for retreatment to the repaired area, at the owner’s expense, within 30 days.
Warranty is registered in the name of the vehicle owner and cannot be transferred.
Should a product reapplication be required (e.g. vehicle accident) you or your insurer are liable for a reapplication fee, determined by the approved applicator.
The vehicle exterior paintwork must be maintained and washed regularly, to Trinity Global Products’ recommendations, to prevent contamination build-up (bi-weekly). After washing, ensure that no water is left to dry on the coated surface, particularly within the first two (2) weeks after installation. In the event that your vehicle is exposed to high mineral-content water (“hard” or “soft” water) like that from some automated car washes, sprinkler systems, or tap water in some areas, then all coated areas need to be dried as soon as possible with a microfiber cloth. Any water that is left to dry may form visible ringlets, which should be wiped off with vinegar until the mineral deposit is removed, as soon as possible.
Successful registration must have been completed with true and accurate data, and a confirmation number must be saved.
Exclusions
Where the owner has been careless, negligent, or failed to maintain the exterior painted surface in the correct manner.
Pre-existing damage to the painted surface or any other treated part of substandard specification, materials, or workmanship by the vehicle manufacturer, their dealership, third-party supplier or modifier, or professional detailers not authorized by Trinity Global Products.
Damage to the coated surface by incorrect manual wash techniques, automatic car washes, brushes, or contaminated wash tools that may cause abrasion or damage caused by a third party not authorized by Trinity Global Products.
Swirl marks, marring, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the painted surface.
Water spots – Water spots are caused by hard water (mineral deposits), which when left to dry on the paint may leave a stain; water spotting is not covered.
Failed Clear Coat – Peeling, hazing, and fading or any claim for matters which are covered by vehicle manufacturers’ warranty.
Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, malicious damage, fire, hail, flood, stones, collision, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, water etch, or vehicle manufacturer defects, or defects which may be covered under a manufacturer’s or dealership’s protection plan.
Areas that have not been retreated after a paint repair.
Any loss of time or use of the vehicle while it undergoes inspections or treatments.
Touch-less car washes only. Never use a car wash with brushes.
Annual Inspections
Annual Inspections must be carried out by an approved applicator, within 30 days before or after the anniversary date of the last service to maintain the warranty.
Failure to undertake an annual inspection within the required period will void the warranty.
A fee determined by the approved applicator will be charged for the Annual Inspection, which includes – Exterior Wash, Decontamination, Crystal or Topcoat, and Inspection.
Annual inspections must be recorded within 30 days on www.x180.co
Limit of Liability (Claims)
Damage that may be covered under this warranty must be made aware to an approved applicator within 30 days; failure to comply will result in the warranty being terminated.
Claim determination is at the sole discretion of Trinity Global Products, either approving the repair/retreatment by an approved applicator or refunding the application cost to the vehicle owner at a maximum of $1000 and terminating the warranty, whichever is less.
Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Litchfield County, Connecticut, USA. The involved parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of that State.
Email reminders for annual inspections are a courtesy and not receiving one is not an acceptable reason for missing your inspection.
Definitions
Approved Applicator – An independently owned and operated business/company that has been approved by Trinity Global Products or authorized distributor to apply Trinity Global Products products.

Geographical Limitations
Trinity Global Products only provides warranty coverage in the USA and Canada. If you reside in a country outside these areas, please check with your local distributor about warranties offered through them.
At Prestige Auto Appearance we warrant that the automotive window film we install will be free from defects like discoloration, fading, bubbling, peeling, cracking, and delamination for the life of your vehicle (the warranty period) from the date of installation. This limited warranty only applies to our films professionally installed following our recommended procedures.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
Autobahn Window Film & Glass Manufacturer warrants that Autobahn automotive window film products, when properly sold and installed by an authorized Autobahn dealer on suitable automotive glass surfaces and used in compliance with all applicable laws, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original registered owner’s ownership of the vehicle. Covered defects include discoloration, cracking, blistering, bubbling, peeling, demetalizing, and delamination. This warranty applies only where proof of purchase is provided, warranty registration is properly completed within thirty (30) days of installation, and all terms and conditions of this warranty are satisfied. This warranty is valid only for film installed by an authorized Autobahn dealer and only for installations that comply with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, including but not limited to window tint laws. Failure to comply with applicable legal requirements voids this warranty, and it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure compliance at all times. This warranty applies to the original registered owner of the vehicle and may also be transferred one (1) time to a subsequent purchaser of the vehicle, subject to Autobahn’s then-current transfer requirements and payment of a ninety-nine-dollar ($99) transfer fee. Any transferred warranty remains subject to all original terms, conditions, limitations, and legal compliance requirements. In addition to the Limited Lifetime Warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, Autobahn provides a one-time No Fault Film Warranty for the original purchaser only, under which Autobahn may contribute up to seventy-five dollars ($75) toward the replacement of damaged film on one (1) window. This No Fault Film Warranty is limited to one occurrence per vehicle and any replacement or repair costs in excess of seventy-five dollars ($75) shall be the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Autobahn also provides Glass Failure Coverage for non-impact-related glass damage, including stress fractures, manufacturing defects, and material flaws, with coverage up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) per vehicle, subject to Autobahn’s separate Glass Failure Warranty Terms and Conditions and any additional limitations, qualifications, exclusions, claim procedures, and approval requirements applicable thereto. This warranty does not cover and Autobahn expressly disclaims liability for any damage, defect, failure, loss, cost, or expense arising from or related to improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, improper maintenance, improper cleaning, external impact, glass breakage caused by impact, non-automotive applications, non-compliant film use, unauthorized repairs, unauthorized replacement work, removal or replacement of non-defective film, normal wear, or any act, occurrence, condition, or damage not caused by a defect in Autobahn-manufactured product. Autobahn’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited, at its option, to the replacement of defective film and reasonable replacement labor performed by an authorized dealer or approved warranty service provider. If the exact product is unavailable, Autobahn reserves the right to replace it with a similar product of comparable value or performance. Autobahn shall not be liable for any other costs, charges, expenses, attorney’s fees, losses, or damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential, and whether arising in contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, tort, statute, or otherwise. Autobahn shall have no responsibility for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, diminished value, towing, transportation, lodging, lost profits, or any damage to property or persons allegedly arising from the product or its failure. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of the foregoing may not apply in every jurisdiction. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction. To make a warranty claim, the vehicle owner must contact the original installing dealer and provide a fully completed warranty record, proof of purchase, and any other documentation reasonably requested to verify eligibility. Autobahn reserves the right to inspect the affected vehicle and product before approving any claim and to designate the authorized dealer or warranty service provider who will perform any covered warranty work. Any warranty, repair, or replacement performed under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period. Oral or written statements by any person or entity other than Autobahn, including any dealer or installer, shall not modify this warranty and shall not be relied upon as part of this warranty. No dealer, installer, agent, employee, or representative has authority to alter, expand, or extend this warranty unless such modification is made in writing by Autobahn. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive manufacturer’s warranty for Autobahn automotive window film products.

We stand by the quality of our workmanship and products at Prestige Auto Appearance. That’s why we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all our window tint installations, ensuring peace of mind for our valued customers.
Coverage: Our lifetime warranty covers any damage to the window tint film, whether caused by the vehicle owner or external factors, for as long as you own the vehicle. Replacement Process: If your window tint film requires replacement due to damage, simply call Prestige Auto Appearance to schedule your tint replacement. Our team will take care of the rest, ensuring your vehicle’s windows are restored to their optimal condition. Proof of Purchase: For installations performed by Prestige Auto Appearance, no additional proof of purchase is necessary. Just contact us, and we’ll handle the warranty claim process seamlessly. Exclusions: There are no exclusions to our Non-Fault warranty. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and protecting your investment in our services. Transferability: The Non-Fault warranty applies to the current owner of the vehicle. However, if your vehicle was part of the Elite Armor Package, which includes additional benefits, such as transferability of the warranty to a new owner, providing added value and peace of mind.
